What got you into barbering:

While living in London, I found myself really enjoying my trips to the barbershop. So much so that I quit college and decided to learn the trade craft.

How often should a man realistically get a haircut:

Depends on the man and the style of cut. 4-6wks is average, less than 4wks for fades, every 8-12wks if you're growing it out.

What’s your favorite haircut to do and why:

I love a lived in textured medium length brush back. It's effortless and timeless, easy to dress up, looks good with minimal effort.

Beard or clean shaven — which looks better:

Might be biased cause I generally rock a beard. I think if you can grow facial hair and your job allows it, it's a nice accessory to any mans face. As long as you maintain it well. 

What’s the craziest haircut request you’ve ever gotten:

Skullet, a reverse faded mullet, bald on top faded to curls on the neck. 

Should guys wear product in their hair: 

I think a lil something something always helps. But good hair doesn't come in a jar. Comes from the foundations we create during the haircut. 

What’s your advice for a guy trying to look more put together:

Take time the time to blow dry your hair and use the correct products. Put intention and effort in to create the look you want.

Why do you think people still value an old-school neighborhood barbershop in 2026:

I think people are missing that sense of community. The barbershop have always been at the center of communities. Offering a place to come and escape the day to day.
